The game of Basketball has been my passion since I was 5 years old. I grew up as a kid watching my dad’s recorded VHS tapes of playoff games through the 70s and 80s, and collected all the Basketball cards. Something about the game and what it represents just hooked me from a very young age.

    Many players ran to Miami to play with Wade and his championship calibre style of play. He has played in five championships on an elite level

    The conversation for best player in the league from roughly 2006-2011 was Kobe, Lebron, and Wade. As good as Harden has been, I’ve never felt he belonged in that kind of conversation.

    Wade also led miami in ppg in the entire playoffs lebrons first year so lebron didnt get over the hump with the celtics wade got him by the celtics he averaged 30 ppg that series

    DWade has never done a single thing in his career without a consensus top 10 player by his side. EVEN IN 2006, Shaq was just finishing a top-2 MVP campaign that many believe he was snubbed of (except Kobe fanatics that somehow think Kobe deserved 2005 MVP 😒) Wade wouldn’t have been in the Finals without Shaq, but the rapidly evolving rule changes and Shaq’s age were fully realized by the 06 Finals.

    His mid range game was extremely underrated also he was elite he had such good footwork to get to his comfortable spots and knock down those jumpers

    Jonny you said Wade is 3rd greatest SG of all time, well who is higher in your all time list West or Wade? I got West as the 3rd greatest SG of all time and a top 15 of all time while I ranked Wade in top 20.

    If Jerry West is considered a shooting guard, then Dwyane Wade is the 4th best shooting guard of all-time but he played way more on ball than Steph so I think Jerry West qualifies as a point guard. Dwyane Wade to me is the 3rd best shooting guard of all-time.
