They better be ready because they aren't going to Portland. Joe Cronin is looking at other deals for Damian Lillard, most likely New Orleans or Toronto as per sources.
How do we know both Jokic and Jacquez are still going to on the roster once Dame gets here? I have a feeling that one of these 2 will not be here, at least. The future is hard to tell. Jacquez will end up like Caleb or Winslow.
I'm beginning to think if The Heat stand pat and get another playmaker that can score guy, we may be better off. Maybe bring Cousins too
Bam isn't going to being holding anyone back, he'll be traded. Let's go!!
Neither one would even make the Blazers second unit.
Even Pat Riley get it wrong sometime. I have nothing against the Heat except their arrogance, by their media army, concerning how it was a done deal acquiring Dame before they acquired him. I see Portland as the underdog. I favor underdogs most of the time.
With the Heat not retaining veterans Vincent/Strus and if the Dame trade thing fall through, the Heat could forget about "winning now."
But what about Lillard?! Is this the week it finally happens?
JJJ has that IT factor. You can't put your finger on it, you just know he's a special talent. I hope he stays with the heat and gets a good amount of mins to show his talents.
Wes on his hater tip on this one
