Portland fan here. Do you guys have a tradable first rd pick? That might be what would go to us… Our backcourt is already set with scoot and Anfernee simons so we rly don’t need herro . I think he’d be good next to Lamelo tho actually … could work out for both?

I don’t believe this tweet in the slightest. But let’s live in a world where this rando has real inside information. In what world is this bad for the Hornets? Herro isn’t a good defender but he’s a 20ppg scorer. We have PJ under contract. LaMelo. Other than PJ and LaMelo are you really sad to see any player on the roster go? I like Terry but he’s on par with Herro. You want Miles? Take him! You want Hayward? Take him and I’ll send you a gift basket! You want anyone not named PJ, LaMelo, and I guess Brandon Miller? Great! I will drop them off at the airport. The only way a deal that sends Herro here / facilitates a Dame trade, upsets me is if the Hornets send picks to do it. As far as I’m concerned, basically no one on the roster has proven to be a key piece on a playoff team.
