I did a little research. Jarred spent a lot of time in Houston, TX. There was light cultur of Ska and an unknown genre of beach guitar funk and Ska pioneered by a group known as Sublime.
Jarred hasn’t spent a lot of playing time in California. I’m pretty sure the shirt was worn to fit into “SoCal.”
