[Jackson] Regarding Oubre going to Philadelphia, Heat isn’t believed to have strongly pursued. One rep for another player said Heat ideally would like Lillard clarity before adding more, though that’s not primary reason for Heat’s Oubre decision.

Add what lol? There is nothing really left out there.

this dude barry just gargles miami managements balls at every turn.

Why would you sign Kelly Oubre if you’re trying to win a title?

Yea, the longer this goes, the worse it will be for the Heat. After the trade, they will need some vet mins to fill out the roster, but who will be left? There are some decent guys still out there, like Hamidou Diallo and Terence Davis, but for how long?

Can’t wait for The Heat to say no thanks, Dame. Enjoy your time as the greatest Piston ever.

Sounds like someone who’s getting nervous.

  8. Heat insider said the primary reason for the decision was that “Oubre sucks”

17 shots to 1 assist. Inefficient and never been above average from 3, isn’t a good defender. What am I missing here?

He’s the last player I want in Miami. Why are people so high on him?

Oubre is about as far from ‘heat culture’ as you can get.

There is no way they were ever interested in that dude.

Heat will just find someone from a D8 vocational college and pay them 13.50/hr to put up fringe All-Star production.

Can’t imagine any serious title contender would want Oubre after he ruined Steph’s MVP caliber season.

On a complete side note, I never really got the treating of teams like heat and thunder as singular nouns. It always sounds weird in a sentence.
