This tool is incredibly useful for anyone who would like to learn more about the CBA and league salary details, especially as the Wizards enter a rebuild. It lists more obscure details like Trade Exceptions, likely incentives, and cap holds in an intuitive format for anyone who would like to gain some insight into the economics of the NBA. I like the UI a lot more than FanSpo’s tool, which is more of a trade machine than an actual roster management platform.
Might not be useful for everyone, but I think knowing more about the team’s cap situation will enable a higher level of conversation about the Wizards’ rebuild process going forward.
