I’m excited to see if Monty will trust ausar to guard the best player/scorer/playmaker on the opposing team (other then bigs like embiid, jokic etc.) but players like Jayson Tatum, harden, Westbrook, ja, luka, Donovan Mitchell .
The Pistons are used to making history! The core four could remain. They are special four sure!
Ausar is going to be good but CAM WHITMORE was a miss on Detroit’s end and could end up being the same situation we put ourselves in with Hayes and Halliburton. However, Ausar will be better then Hayes.
Who do you think will be more injury plagued? Ausar or Amen?
Injuries forced us to spend the last 2-3 years focused on development and lineup tinkering. Some of the, at least, should be starting to pay off now.
The team absolutely should focus on winning. That's the whole point of being a sports team. They can work on development in practices as well. It's not just something that requires a ton of minutes on the court.
