That was a whole bunch of bs by SAS. Technically Dwight is not selling his self short. He’s speaking from how others view him . Nowadays management opt for younger players with room for potential, players with no off court distractions, players that can be groomed etc…. Speaking as a Warriors fan the last few seasons they chose to not go with the odds on favorite that would potentially help GS get back to wining championships. So I get Dwight saying he may be a good fit with GS , but he was just saying how others may still pass on him despite everything SAS complimented him about. When it comes to getting Centers GS will trade 7 ft players for old washed up guards under 6ft .
Absolutely Dwight can still play! If the man isnt out there for anything other than rebounding and rim protection. Give him 15 to 20 minutes a night he can give you 10 and 10 a game. Dont tell me he cant do that. Hes a better rebounder than damn near every big in the league right now.

People in the comments. Laker fans. I am one too. But listen… the Lakers already cut ties with Howard after his second go around. He explained this on Club Shay Shay over a year ago before he went overseas. He said he wants to play but the Lakers and most other teams want a young big man that can shoot. Plus Lakers already filled out their roster.
I agree with SA though. Howard was idiotic with that statement in the clip because Warriors is the one team in the whole league that most certainly do not need him to shoot or stretch the floor. They already have guys that can do that. Warriors and Kings would be ideal for him but Kings already picked up Mcgee. Anyway if the Warriors want him they'll take him.

He's now on his way to LA to workout with Draymond and CP3 the Warriors core players signed in on him playing with Them expect an announcement in a few days… When they sign him they are the favorites.
