Gambadoro seems pretty reliable but I’ve still not been able to convince myself to be excited about paying Ayton $32M per year. Obviously I will reserve judgement if/when the trade actually happens tho.

I mean, droppingdimes talked about this earlier this week. Now this dude. Seems to me they are trying to get the dame trade done before camp and who knows this could all fall apart and dame gets traded at the deadline but I would say this is very real based off those two reports. Ayton plus picks plus jovic and jaquez would be nice but it might be just one young player. I just know that ayton is better than anything miami could offer in terms of a player so if we could land that before training camp, would be great. Who knows though, these talks could be early or little traction going on but this dude said its imminent so if we take his word then the are deep into talks. Yet again Portland doesn’t get nice things so if it all falls apart and nothing happens then RIP
