Nuggets’ Murray barred from bringing Larry O’Brien Trophy to hometown

As much as I dislike MLSE, at least they didn’t do some dumb shit like this. It’s a big reason why I hate that the trophy goes straight to the owner, first, when they didn’t have to put in the work to actually win. This sucks for the city of Kitchener and Murray.

That’s quite pathetic…why do they care so much about the physical trophy? Its not like we’ll forget the Nuggets were champions if the trophy took a bit of a beating + how hard would it really be to repair or replace it

That’s so dumb, the trophy itself has no value. If it breaks they just make a new one, it’s not the Mona Lisa or something. Why would anybody care to protect it instead of letting the players who won it actually enjoy it.

Not a great look by the Kroenke’s.

What a clickbait title though. Trying to make it seem like he was the only one on the team who was not allowed to bring it home, lol

He doesn’t need to bring the trophy. Just come and celebrate!

Man Denver not letting any players take it out is crazy bad look for them, Cleveland even let Tristan Thompson bring it to the crappy Timmies on Peter Robertson in Brampton
