I made a version of wolstats proposal in trade machine and to me it looks like an overpay (relative to the Miami deal) favouring Portland. If Portland doesn’t get Ayton and off nurk but they take on Thad and OPJ then it closer to fair but I’d still remove gradey and/or one 1st.
Edit: oops! It should be a pick swap. That’s probably closer to fair value.
If this is all legit, what is holding things up? I get holding out over the summer, but what now? Is it I guess a game of chicken to see if Miami absolutely loses their mind and makes a crazy last second offer?
Is Portland trying to torture Dame? It’s strange. You’d think at this stage Portland would just want to be over it. If anything I think it becomes more difficult to get an offer from this point, because teams might just say “Okay, fuck it, we’re focusing on the team we have and getting into training camp. See ya!”

Dang, I’m disappointed if we lose both Dick and OG. I was looking forward to some dick this year, and OG is one of my faves.
Would rather somehow switch GTJ somehow for OG or somehow keep dick by adding another pick swap and some seconds 😅.
It doesn’t sound unfair, but if Dick becomes really good, and Dame just mopes around for three years, I’ll be really salty for about 15 years or so.
