No competent GM would trade a rising star [OG] for a fading one. Lillard will make $64 million when he turns 36. He most certainly will not be a starter and playing every day at such an advance age

How about OG and Gary + Thad + 2 picks for Dame, salaries match. Portland gets back Gary and Thad is filler. I think Gary didn't get the ball much in Portland because of Lillard so keeping Gary as starter in Toronto with Dame probably would not fit anyways.
