    Just don’t see the point we have plenty of players like him sexton and Clarkson. So I agree that if we are getting him at a discount sure why not. But not at full price.

    meh. hes another run of the mill 20 point per game scorer who does nothing else. We already have like three of those.

    Clarkson won't get traded because he just signed, it's more likely Sexton + KO or KO + picks. Herro and Clarkson are both dynamic players then you add Lauri, the offense will be wild not sure with the defense. If they gonna get Herro then he has to be paired with Ochai and Clarkson will be playing off the bench and will stay to his more comfortable role as flamethrower. The only thing I don't like with Herro is his attitude, in any case Clarkson out perform him and take his place in the starter, not sure how Herro will percieve it. He refused to play off the bench last year the reason the Heat played poorly before the playoffs.

    I love your analysis. However you use the word dearth(a scarce supply), which is the opposite of what l think you mean. The word you are looking for is surfeit (an excessive amount). I look forward to more podcasts

    There's a reason the Warriors just dumped a somewhat similar player in Poole. One dimensional, small 2 guards don't have a ton of value in this league. He has been injury prone, has a huge contract and a small wingspan that will always hamper him from being a good defender. The Heat were better in the playoffs without him. Why pay $30 mil per season for basically a 6th man? Pass.
