I think the Knicks should trade for Jrue Holiday. They should've also signed Kelly Oubre in free agency instead of Donte DiVincenzo. What they should do is also go for Myles Turner, Buddy Hield, Mikal Bridges, Shai Gilgeous Alexander, OG Anunoby and Pascal Siakam. I'm really trying to understand what they're saving all those picks for and why they are refusing to make a real move.
The team needs consistent scoring other than Julius Randle and Jalen Brunson. Thibs also needs to start pushing the players to: move well without the ball, pass faster out of double teams, pass faster in general, get out in transition, increase the pace, cut to the rim for passes on the run for easy baskets, do more alley oops and do more pick n' rolls. This team is good enough to be 3rd or 4th in the East.
I'm happy the trade went through. These Lillard to New York trade rumors was annoying.
The Bucks arent the favorite to win the east, they got so much worse defensively and older as well.

Holiday will not move the needle. Between Brunson, Quickley, DD, Randle, Grimes, RJ (if he can be consistent), Hart (if he can be consistent) we have enough shooting.
