    If I were Portland then just deal with LA. No need to involve Harden. Jrue is better defender. Better at feeding Kawhi and PG13. Besides, the Clippers wouldnt have to deal (pun intended) with Harden's "antics" (partying and fat suits. 😂).
    It would be straight deal 1-on-1 with Blazers (with Sixers. Harden = Holiday. Albeit the opt-in). Salaries match up.

    Morey can't worry what other teams are doing. Morey put himself in a bind w harden deal. Morey lost two 1st rounders n two 2nd rounders his fault. Just can't chase holiday n make another bad deal. We have no draft picks, now could use 2029 1st but man that be stretching us thin. The oubre sign saved our season. Best take Clippers deal hyland n few expired deals. 2024 we have cap space sign maxey n maybe dorazon or siakam. Even holiday could be available but doubt he pass up 37 million option. Now say 3 team w Clippers, they said not trading draft picks. Crazy harden was on board this team better than last year's, smh

    We need to pull the move, but we also need to keep in mind, how long is Embid willing to stick with the 76ers knowing the Bucks big man got a player he needed on get over the hump and we have another Drama Queen.

    The have NO shot at Holiday, they have no assets and aging players on massive contracts… they may as well skip the season

    76ers don’t have the assets to get Holiday. Absolute poverty franchise, they can’t even get the player they traded away to start the process… 10 years later. Absolutely pathetic.

    I would love to get Jrue. You can't say how a season will go off of paper. No one had Denver and Miami in the finals last year. You do the best you can putting together a team, but there're so many factors that determine who wins.

    The Lilliard trade opened up possibilities to get Butler back on the Sixers. This could have developed disgruntlement for him wif the direction the Heat are going in & would want out. A good GM would pounce on this opportunity to boost his team for another championship run, but unfortunately the Sixers dont have a good GM

    Morey has to do this trade. Harden to Clippers. Clippers send expirings and FRP to Portland. We send a FRP to Portland.

    How about trading James to the Clippers and even PJ Tucker and Tobias to Portland and have us get back Juru and draft pieces and capital and not five up.draft pieces and players

    I commented yesterday, Jrue Holiday and Jeremi Grant to the Sixers, Harden, Tucker go to Clippers, and Furk and young Clipper assets (draft picks) go to the Blazers.

    Let’s be real he’s now where near as good as harden but because his game does not rely on the ball as much it could work out better for the team. This will give maxey the ball more which is what the sixers want long term.

    The trade I came up with on NBA Trade Machine is:

    76ers get: Jrue Holiday, Norm Powell, Robert Covington

    Clippers get: James Harden, PJ Tucker, Danuel House

    Blazers get: Marcus Morris Sr. (Expiring), De’Anthony Melton (Expiring, but young and versatile enough they could keep him), Jaden Springer, plus picks from the Clippers and 76ers.

    Could it happen? Who knows, but if it could I think it would help all teams involved.
