Despite missing out on a Damian Lillard trade, the Raptors could have their eyes set on another star point guard as out of nowhere Jrue Holiday has become available for trade after his move from the Milwaukee Bucks to the Portland Trail Blazers. Masai Ujiri seems to have an appetite for success and winning and with more and more pressure building on the organization, perhaps his front office is ready to pursue another big move for the All-Star guard.
What will it take for the Raptors to actually make this happen and is it worth investing into the player despite his expiring deal?

Portland is not going to deal with Raptors. They are going to deal with teams that are just one piece away, like LAL, maybe Sixers, Clippers, who are more likely to over pay for a expiring contract.
Hell no. I’m not trading any young players for an aging player. Jrue would be the second oldest on the team. Only thad is older. This would be stupid. Unless we don’t need to trade OG / Scottie / gradey. I refuse to trade gradey. He’s exactly what this team has been missing for years. If blazers would take gary / bouchier and a pick then maybe.
