Just so you don’t start wanting to overpay, we would be trading a +10 net rating All-NBA MVP for a -1 net rating player (per B-R.com)

  1. It would also be acquiring a player who can accept his role rather than pouting because he’s not the man

Harden wants out tho, so this means nothing to me.

  3. fachface

ohrly? Was Harden’s net rating in the Celtics series

  4. Jed5607

ah yes, net rating from B-R, the undeniable stat that proves each players trade value.

hilarious post. thank you, i needed a laugh

Which one knows what it takes to win a championship?

  7. honeybadger149

We’re comparing their careers here lol. Let’s look at the last 2 seasons instead

Trading for a guy who wouldn’t give us a headache bruh. The problem with harden ain’t that he’s bad, he literally doesn’t want to play here

Whatever gets you through the day when we inevitably don’t get Jrue, waste another year of Embiid’s prime and have to deal with Harden drama until we trade him for a bag of chip with a couple picks as a sweetener.

dude don’t want to be here; the rest is irrelevant b/c he has shown how he plays when he wants out.

also, who gives a shit what he did in Houston. The problem is he expected to be paid out like he did all of the great years here, when in reality he pissed down his leg and limped off two straight years in the playoffs.

One of the worst takes I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Well done, hope it’s comfy in the beards butthole

  12. airhornthagod

Will he play basketball for the Philadelphia 76ers? Because that’s really the only metric I give a fuck about at this point.

Also would be good to mention that Jrue is a poor three point shooter in the playoffs. He does well in the regular season he is fine, but in the playoffs he’s not consistent.

  14. Background-Cress9165

Did you think this post would be a revelation to ppl? 😂

The reason to make the trade anyway would be bc harden may not even suit up (or if he does to avoid getting fined, could tank on the court like he did with the nets).

Defense wins championships. Harden is literally a cancer to every team he’s on. No hustle, no heart, he just doesn’t care.

This sub gets dumber daily. Jesus christ

Any player we get in exchange for Harden is going to be worse than Harden, because the Sixers don’t have any leverage here. We’ve got an All Star who refuses to play for us, and has made good on similar threats in the past. Everyone knows they can trade up to get the Beard out of our hair.

In a vacuum, I agree that Jrue might not be the very best we can get. But I’m not seeing a ton of other practical options right now.

  18. vegemite_pretsel

Yes, but what you aren’t factoring in is that one of them is a fat loser who doesn’t want to play here and will act like a big baby if he is not traded…

  19. hiphopvinyl

He’s one of the best defensive guards in the league and great fit for embiid plus harden wants out so it makes sense

  20. biscuitboss

They’d be trading for a winner vs a fucking loser who has t been in good shape for years. Seems like a win
