The Heat did not get much better, but they did NOT get worse. Josh is better than Vincent or Struss. Struss was a big achilles heal last year. They added a big and if Herro can stay healthy they are better. They're not title favorites but they have a better team on paper than last year. They won 44 games for crying outloud.
