now that i think about it, Powell would probably be a great mentor. effort has never been a problem with him. he’s fine with starting, playing off the bench or glued to the bench. he gives the same effort regardless. he’s had the experience guarding the best bigs (because we don’t have anyone else to throw at them lol). he’s had experience with international basketball too. and he knows what it is to be hated by the fans lol. and his specialty is screening and playing PnRs. just what we need from a big
