  1. i'd rather have vucevic or turner over nurk, neither of the three can play any defence on jokic/AD in the playoffs but both vuce and turner have proven by averaging 4 threes an game shooting ~36% that they can stretch the floor with ease, nurk shoots half the amount off threes with added injury history.

Grayson allen is equal or an slight upgrade over payne an fringe starter/backup

Nassir little hasn't figured his game out needs time to develop more but thats impossible on an championship roster

Not sure how this is an win given the trade deadline might've had vuce and turner on the trade block near the deadline but hopefully all three additions for the suns can flourish!

  2. I love Ayton but he quit on his teammates 🤦‍♂️ He needed to go🤷‍♂️

  3. Despite great coaching. And great teammates. DA's basketball IQ never went up.
Someone has been in his ear. every time he's left the court, since he's been here. KD even gave it a shot.
I guess he was too busy dominayton.

  4. Honestly I was excited for the season now I am a little worried after the trade.

  5. Ayton is more talented for sure but he doesnt like to play big instead he just wants to take 10 foot jumpers and hooks all day. As MCT said there wont be enough touches to go around to maximize Aytons potential so moving him was good for both parties. As a long time Phoenix fan I want to say that watching a 7 foot 250lb monster who is hesitant to mix it up in the paint is beyond frustrating and DA has major motor issues to boot. Good riddence!

  6. I thought that Frank Vogel would help Ayton to redeem himself. But Nurkich is a downgrade both in scoring and rebounding. However, the team has become deeper. May be they will add a reasonable PG sometime later.

  7. Yo Grayson Allen is a BEAST. trust me you want this guy on yer team. As a bucks fan we did not want to lose him

  8. If Nurk can stay on the court, set solid screens, rebound, and box out, I’ll be happy with that. I’d love above average defense or rim protection, but you can’t have everything in life. I just hope the other pieces in the deal gets up TJ McConnell at the trade deadline

  9. Grayson has streaked a few times and had massive nights. And he’s young. Plays intense d and has shown he can drop a lot of points if things fall into place

  10. I have no hope in this team. I fully understand trading Ayton, but for a fourth injury-prone starter to join the big 3, all of whom have concerning injury history as of late, is extremely risky. They have like 6 SGs and 5 SFs on the roster, and Nurkic's backups are who? Bol Bol and Biyombo? Not to mention half the roster is on minimum deals and they'll need to do the offseaeon scramble to find desperate ring chasers every year as long as this big 3 is together. Wouldn't bet a dime on this team.

  11. ayton quit in the playoffs 2 years in a row…….we know what he brings…..and after losing for so long in portland, he will be hungrier

  12. Definitely better without D A now. Could've been waived with no comp…. phx added three guys.

  13. Book and KD are building this squad, not Ishbia or Jones.. they know what a perfect roster needs to look like to win

Metu and Eubanks versatile bigs are enough behind Nurk especially since they will play a lot of small ball

  14. to your point about playmaking, that surely was a big part of why they went after nurk. One of the best screen setters in the leagues and a great big man passer. And him being a bad defender now after his injury is a weird narativ to me. What are ppl expecting whith the perimeter defense he had to play with the last few years in Portland. It was an open layup line he was trying to defend. Look at Brook lopez what he can do with thee right pieces around him.
