Joe seems to have made a roster of guys who want it, and they’re not gonna deny them. But the roster is young, new, and with – for all intents and purposes – a rookie H Coach.
From everything I’ve heard it’s a weak draft. There’ll be diamonds, I trust Schultz, but that means draft position won’t matter as much. So building a winning mindset, even if they can’t deliver, is better for this squad than trying for a high pick
