The bucks will be in rough shape in those years (Giannis will be 34 and likely moved on, Dame will be 40). The blazers current young guys will be entering their primes and those picks have a good chance at being in the lottery.
Jrue is worth a lot of assets right now. Portland could wait till mid-season when contenders who need a boost will pay Jrue's weight in gold for that trade.
