Biggest takeaway from media day?
I'm not there, so I don't know…Every other team media day I saw was done in a formal at the table setting. Whereas, we do ours with player standing in front of a wall. Why do we do one off interviews in this format?
I liked Bob Kravitz trying to poke the bear with Obi regarding New York. Obi praised that time, but it wasn't sincere, and I could see Kravitz look on his face when Obi tried to BS, made me laugh.
The one guy missing was Pritchard. Didn't he set expectations of 45 wins earlier this summer?

He didn't show any of that in Sacramento. He's now a leader because Carlisle/Pacers chose him and put him into position to be that.
I trust Turner a lot more.
If they could sign Buddy on a decent contract and other team's seeing him willing to not look like a diva about a role. Maybe he could get traded.
I'd like to seen them trade him to Clippers for Terrance Mann and Robert Covington. Luke Kennard possibly..
I'd even give that 24 first of 4 other team's and a 2nd for Terrance Mann and Covington. Clippers need the shooting if PG and Kwaih are healthy. Powell isn't healthy either.
Maybe you can trade Buddy for Grimes and Isaiah Heartinstein, send Jackson with him. Whatever other filler.. They could use a Hield badly. You probably have to give a pick. Heartinstein is on an expiring contract. We don't really know what Grimes will be, but at least he can play defense and won't complain about his role.
Trade Hield/Walker to GSW for Kuminga/Moody.
