    Barnes should still gwt 1st crack at PG cuz u dont move.trent to the bench like u did Norm.

    Not like shroder wont get his 15-30M 7As. More importantly raps need to stabilize their bench w quality PG (could have been flynn or banton) and shroder is just that ….if anything he could win 6thman(well all 3 could).shroder should be the 1st energy w either achiuwa/cb(while koloko is recoverying inserted anywhere b/w 4-8min not like Nurse 10min running starters tired.

    Obviously anytiem shroders on hes PG unlike what nurse did to banton and flynn. And if barnes doesnt work shroder can take over.

    Hearing him say he came specifically because of Darko is great to hear. Lots of players seem to really like him and I feel the Raptors are going to become a landing spot for a lot of international players

    Not saying that the Raptors have the same chemistry already as the German national team, but we do have the same roster make-up with Dennis being the shortest guy and everyone else are bigs who crash the glass. With ball movement and a defensive identity, Germany were the most consistent team in the world cup and the 8-0 record sums it up.

    Poeltl will play the Theis role as a pnr partner and will crash the glass.
    Siakam will play the Franz Wagner role, big who can handle and playmaking (sans the shooting of course)
    Trent Jr. and Dick will play the Obst role as a spot up shooter and a capable slasher on a close out
    OG is definitely an upgrade over the defense of Bonga.
    We haven't even mentioned Scottie which will pretty much do it all.
    Main difference would be that the German bigs can really shoot from the arc. (Achiuwa and Boucher) needs to develop that.

    This is great stuff! Really happy to hear talk specifically around accountability. seems like a good teammate to rally behind. He seems like a good culture setter, and as he said he's played with some of the best leaders and players in the world.

    Very curious to see what this lineup will be. Really like DS, was always a fan of his all the way back in ATl days. I still think we need to start Scottie at point. With DS coming off the bench. Poetl, Siakam, OG, GTJ and Scottie with Precious, CB, Otto/JM, Dick and DS off the bench. Thats legit good team I think. Easilly a play in team potentially middle of the pack at 4-6 seed. Not competing for title… but solid.
