  1. I canโ€™t stand Chauncey,heโ€™s not a good coach and Iโ€™m all his interviews he always has the most basic short answers to his questions.I live my Blazers but with him as a coach whatโ€™s the point? We wonโ€™t even be a 500 team this year because of him.

  2. He has to prove he can coach defense. That has nothing to do with talent, its pure effort and accountability. He, like Stotts, hasn't shown he can coach defense. Hoping Coach B holds his players to that standard.

  3. Finally coach has some defensive DAWGS! Letโ€™s see what you really made of Coach

  4. I love Big Shot Chauncey..but please don't insult us Blazermaniacs' hoop intelligence. Jody is only invested in her paycheck. Every one of us Blazermaniacs' know thatโ€ผ๏ธSell..Sell..Sell..Sell..
    please FN sell..

  5. He has a lot to prove this year. The team was consistently getting beat defensively on very easy fundamentals. We stayed stagnant and I felt like it was up to Billups to lead. Now he has young players that will look up to him to provide leadership. It's not about winning every game but growing. We stayed very stagnant last season.

  6. Not a Chauncey hater here, but man alive, he is pretty ready to dump on Dame in order to protect the existing order (size, pace, yadda yadda). At the same time, oddly, a lot of what he says is Word Salad. I think he looks very weary of all of this.

  7. Sorry but Ant has to go, four years is plenty enough for me to see he won't change, I'm not even gonna touch on his defense, his freaking rebounding skills are trash, and I thought he was a high flyer.

Also, don't need iso, had that with Dame and CJ..no thank

And I don't trust him handling the ball, well actually creating for other to be more specific,
Trade him for maybe Morris and Kenyon from clippers and we good..
They need a guard and we need a sf in Kenyon and an expiring contract.. forget the picks..
Scoot, Sharpe Kenyon Grant and DA is gonna be without doubt the most explosive offense starters today and arguably of all time.

  8. Put simply this guy is a complete failure. Blazers last yr blew the most games with a lead of 25+ pts. Complains about having Josh Hart and being small while other teams have made it work. He should have played Shaedon more last season.

  9. Im a bulls fan, but im not gonna lie, Portland definitely got a future and they might be the only other team im going to keep an eye on in the coming years.

  10. My concern is CBโ€™s going to be Nate McMillan 2.0, arms folded deer in the headlights, while losing a commanding lead in the 4th quarter. Holding my breath.

  11. My only beef with Billups is that he scared Melo into leavin๐Ÿ˜‚

Actually super excited to see what this era looks like under Big shot.

To me it feels like Coach Prime in Colorado from a philosophical standpoint. Definitely they have their own energy as athletes and coaches, but how they look at their players, how they look for the responsibility, the emotional stability, the way guys respect what he says, it feels like the team and the players are in great hands.

Awesome watching guys I loved as a kid, coach my favorite teams.

That being said, i could forgive Chauncey for not winning in Denver now that ive been a blazer fan for more than a decade. If he brings us a chip๐Ÿ˜‚

  12. POR needs to flip Brogdan for a good young PF. Tari Eason from HOR or Leonard Miller in MIN would be ideal. Send out Brogdan and absorb salary match and a young PF. Reunite Scoot with Leonard.
