    Getting rid of Dillon Brooks and his antics, bringing in Rose and Marcus Smart to bring some leadership to the locker room.. and hopefully Ja will actually learn a lesson from his 25 game suspension and grow up a little from it.. I think all this just might be what the Memphis Grizzlies needed.
