Slight hitch, good balance, and normal arc. Hand placement seems fine but like Russ, he seems so squared to a fault instead of staggered like say KD or others. The dip seems slight but he’s so athletic the ball still gets there. Seems like his feet and hands are still not perfectly in-sync and there’s a bit of wasted motion to get into stance, dip, and raise. Watching [Anfernee Simons](https://x.com/aaronjfentress/status/1709682962240061726?s=46) seems like a good visualization for Ben Sullivan to suggest.

Maybe I’m being optimistic, but I feel like Amen’s shooting woes won’t bother him for a large portion of his career. With Ben Sullivan on the benches I can see Amen becoming league average by year 2 or 3.
