I think Joe is saying the usual GM stuff and Brogdon is saying the usual pro athlete stuff, but I don’t think he wants this and I don’t think we want him. I think he gets traded by the deadline. Listening to Locked On and they gave the Locked On Celtics guy and he said he doesn’t think Brogdon wants to be on a rebuilding team.

Completely agree that pros are pros. 🙂 Mookie Dew and JG are pros, they are vets, you can be honest with them.

JG is just chill as hell, so you don’t really “worry” about him. JG is a couple of years younger, and he has secured his max potential earnings for at least the next four years. He has a guaranteed starter slot. If there’s a more veteran team he can compete with in the same “position” as a starter / 3rd option(?), and there is a mutually beneficial trade, JG would be cool with that.

Mookie Dew… It’s just not right for him… Like, it’s the “right” thing to do to trade him ASAP, from every perspective. 🙂

December 15th is when the first round of trade restrictions come off. If there’s some wink and nod arrangement(s) that can’t happen until X date, and you’re honest with these folks about it – They are Pros. They can handle it. 🙂

Mookie Dew absolutely, and JG possibly?

Depends on how our record will look like. If it’s good, we gotta keep him and do our best to compete. If not, he gotta be traded by deadline.
