  1. Jaden McDaniels is an absolute demon on defense man, if Ant steps up his defense consistently then the Wolves' perimeter defense could be absolutely deadly. I would have loved Jrue on this team 😭

  2. Not sure if your still doing mail bag questions but heres mine. Who do you think is most likely to pursue the stars and role players from the teams most likely to blow it up like the Bulls and Raptors.

  3. Mailbag question: we often see teams who are good enough to make the playoffs and compete in the 1 round, however, realistically they don't have significant chances to win the championship. And yet, year after year they make minor changes and decide to run it back. Is there a chance that front offices are a little bit delusional and overestimate their roster or do you think they realize everything but scared to make big moves and lose their job if it fails. For example: Cavs, Hawks.

  4. pressure rankings

1 bucks – giannis might want out. their guys are getting older. their team is expensive
    2. celtics – bc their expectations have been so high for so long and theyre expensive
    3. nuggets – bc like giannis jokic rep could get watered down if he doesnt continue to have playoff success
4 lakers – bc while lebrons legacy is stamped ad's is still developing
    5. warriors – all their guys are stamped

  5. Mailbag question: can Nikola vucevic be used in a Similar way bam adevayo/damontas Sabonis Are used with DHO high post and split action with zach lavine and coby white? Also what do fans do if an organisation doesn’t care about winning and only wants to maximise ticket sales like the reinsdorfs and do not want to pay the luxury tax despite being in a market yet also want to win now and refuse to hire development staff like a shooting coach to help with player development?

  6. Mailbag question. Is the role of “Pure Shooters” becoming less necessary for the current NBA? (Duncan Robinson, Isaiah Joe type)

  7. Mailbag: How realistic do you think it is that the clippers get to the conference finals at the least, and if they can't, do you think they break the team up after this year?

  8. I think neither the nuggets or lakers are doing anything wrong talking. Can't wait for the season opener

  9. Mailbag question from a big Kawhi fan (and a sad one too):
If you’re the clippers, would you consider trading Kawhi Leonard while his value is still high?

  10. The main reason the Wolves won was they simply took the opportunity to implement their schemes for the first time this year more seriously, but also…..are we sure the Mavericks are even an iota better than they were last year??

  11. Jason, I’ve seen a lot of the discourse regarding Dame. It’s not about the owners vs. the players in this particular case. Dame chose ONE team with no regard as to what they are sending back to the organization. Portland is going to get the best deal they can. Now within that, send Dame to a good place, but if Miami has a way worse return, it does the rest of the team NO GOOD to be loyal to Dame. It’s not about the owners, it’s about the team. Miami was offering way less than Portland got, and Dame is with a winner, not his chosen winner.
