For a bit of context, I originally welcomed the current court look, for being “something fresh and different” for the first time since the pistons went back to RWB 20 years prior. Not even 2 year later I am already over how bland the paint looks and how the Advertisements on the sidelines pretty much forced the pistons to make the court almost one single color completely.
I also designed within league rules and regulations so no crazy stuff like a giant Peton decal at mid court. lol One version with the league required AD space, and another with the National TV look, and a final Horse version for the Flaming Horse fans out there.
I also took the chance to Re-dedicate the court to Bill Davidson as it was during the 2009/10 season before it was uncermoniously removed when current ownership took control.
