The Ultimate Bulls Team

In this series, I assemble what I believe is the greatest team possible for each franchise. In this specific video, we’re looking at the Chicago Bulls.
5 starters, 5 backups, and 3 rotations players. A total of 13 roster spots on each Ultimate Team. It’s not just about talent, but it’s about building a team that works and gels together.

The game of Basketball has been my passion since I was 5 years old. I grew up as a kid watching my dad’s recorded VHS tapes of playoff games through the 70s and 80s, and collected all the Basketball cards. Something about the game and what it represents just hooked me from a very young age.
My love for the game only continues to grow as time goes on. I love studying and analyzing the game, with an unbiased perspective. Feel free to subscribe, follow me on social media, and celebrate this amazing game and it’s rich history with me!
I post videos every week on NBA history, predictions, hypothetical scenarios and current NBA topics.

  1. No norm van lier, Kirk Hinrich, or luol deng honorable mention? But Bj Armstrong, john paxson, and I past prime d wade?? Good bulls team you put together, but you missed on the honorables. Other then that it was solid.

  2. Would Harper in there and this team I don’t thinks anyone beating them in the finals

  3. On paper it’s terrifying but wondering if in real life they might have too many people wanting the ball in their hands. Rose facilitating MJ and helping him out on D and scoring would be a great combo

  4. THE GREATEST FATHER SON DUO ON THE SAME TEAM!!!

If you were counting all players in chicago basketball history would you put Walt Bellamy on this team?

  5. Chet Walker, Norm Van Lier, and Jerry Sloan should be on the team. I would take Stormin Norman over BJ any day. Van Lier was intense.

  6. The ultimate spurs team would be pretty nice too
Drob- Duncan- iceman- parker- Kawhi and ginobi at the sixth

  7. Well so far out of the three, I see some comments praising the Bulls team in comparison to the other two, which is rather puzzling??!?

That sixers team features three of the top 15 or 20 players of all time in Wilt Dr J, and Moses…. And depending on where Giannis finishes up on the all-time list when he's done,….. Which I think we all believe is going to be close to top 10…. You can make the argument that the bucks squad will end up having three of the top 10 players of all-time.

Twenty-plus years later and Jordan still just has a stranglehold over basketball fans keeping anybody from acknowledging that LeBron has put together a career equal to if not better than Jordan's. And now because he's on the squad, people think the all-time Bulls team is the equal to if not better than the bucks and the 76ers?!??!?
Man I was hoping that you were starting to pull more than just a casual fans here brother(just kidding)

  8. Wow. No Jerry Sloane. 6x All Defensive. 6'5 SG got over 9 rebounds per game. First Bull to have his number retired. That's just sad, dude.

  9. I’m really curious when Johnny gets to less storied franchises, like the Wizards, Hornets, and Twolves. It’s going to be a good opportunity to learn about some old players that I don’t know about 👍

  10. I'm assuming one of the rules is that you're basing it exclusively off of their performance on the Bulls. Otherwise leaving Dwyane Wade off the team is a sin

  11. Pau Gasól derserves to be on this Team, he has his Best Two years in Chicago, he helped when Luol Deng got traded & Derrick Rose slowly lost his elite athleticism, Impact Both Sides of the Ball to almost beat the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2015

  12. Jonny, I’ve disagreed with a thing here and there in the past and I remain a huge fan because either it’s an understandable or just something you could go either way on, but leaving Jerry Sloan off the second unit is absolutely unjustifiable my dear sir. Sloan was better than Butler was if we’re counting Bulls tenure only.

  13. C. Artis Gilmore
    PF. Dennis Rodman
    SF. Scottie Pippen
    SG. Michael Jordan.
    PG. Derek Rose
    6. Chet Walker
    7. Horace Grant
    8. Luol Deng
    9. Joakim Noah
    10. Jimmy Butler
    11. Bob Love
    12. Jerry Sloan
    13. Steve Kerr
    14. Toni Kukoč
    15. B.J. Armstrong

  14. My team

    PG Norm Van Lier
    SG Michael Jordan
    SF Scottie Pippen
    PF Jimmy Butler
    C Artis Gilmore

    PG Kirk Hinrich
    SG Jerry Sloan
    SF Chet Walker
    PF Luol Deng
    C Horace Grant

    11 Joakim Noah
    12 Bob Love
    13 Toni Kukoc

  15. For my bench, I'm going Rondo, Lavine, Butler, Gasol, and Noah. I'm taking Kukoc, Demar, and Korver in my reserves. I think that gives me a significant increase in playmaking while not sacrificing three point shooting and still giving a very difficult defensive look to opposing teams. Kerr might have accomplished more and Love might have been great in his day, but I definitely feel that between Rondo, Gasol, and Korver you make up everything they would have given you and then some.
