Ok as a rockets fan letās do my overreaction in this game. Overall we look like a much competent basketball team the defense looks really good so far guys weāre getting to their spots and they were making some steals and blocks which lead to some fast breaks.
As on offense work in progress but I like what I saw guys were cutting and moving around itās way better compared to the last three years.
Jalen look solid he was a bit hesitant at times but thatās ok. Fred the shots werenāt falling but man he looked good in running the offense and finding guys as they were cutting.
Jabari looked good he was getting to his spots and driving to the lane and he was cutting too.
Tari is doing Tari things you love to see him hustle and making plays.
Amen he is really explosive man he has a damn good first step and he getting to the rim but he kept missing his layups he will learn how to adjust in dealing with the bigger guys in the league.
Al P a wizard with the basketball but damn it shoot the ball no more pump fakes let that bitch rip lol. He was also solid on defense too.
All in all encouraging start so far in the preseason
Also Cam looked good with his shooting and cutting to the rim if he keeps this up he will get minutes off the bench itās still crazy we got him with the 20th pick
Wow, The Rocket's were having troubles against this Pacer's C team. This full Pacers squad is going to be dangerous.
i want the whole world to know we back up
I do feel good about the Houston Rockets for 2023-2024. I think this is the season the Rockets will return to being contenders, even if they make it to the Play-In Tournament. If not contenders, then hopefully a strong rebuild effort this season. Winning the Southwest Division or 6th or better in the West is going to take a lot of work and may be a long shot. Still a great win for the Rockets in this Preseason game.
Vanvleet got them rocketās looking good
Rockets gone give alot of teams problems play in game 7 seed
it's nice to see my favorite team look like an actual team again.
Rockets are stacked with young talents
3 seasons from now the Rockets make the Finals

The Rockets are going NO WHERE with Al-P at the 5. Nor Jock Landale. This b.s. is garbage! Rafael stone had no business sticking us with two Whiteboys as our 5 whom are not defensive players.
Sengun is the same ole player: Costing us our leads and momentums. He's still a very flawed players and need too many touches to score at a mediocre rate.
Get rid of him for dominant BLACK center! Thats who we need. We dont need our center to be a big time offensive player. We need defense; block shots, rebounds and stuff put-backs.
I went to that game it was lit š„
The rockets look like a playoff team chemistry is there šš½
Ime looking sharp š„³š„³š„³š.
Pacers already becoming trash can't win a game
Raptors are delusional for not giving Fred Vanvleet that bag..
Itās only a preseason. Houston will still be at bottom. I just picked Houston to win because I rather be in Houston than Indianapolis
Immediately first thought. Bigger, stronger and played harder.. Not having a true wing of any kind, not even a real backup wing.. Two very raw PF's and no established backup C. Even though I see potential in Smith a bit. He's just very young. Theis is a great screen setter and at 250 no wonder.. Turner needs to get stronger and player harder. Crash the boards. Show some post touch too. Kick out to shooter's instead of always trying to stretch. Too one dimensional and he never gets boards because of it.. Gets pushed around by bigger C's.. Hali not playing much and Nembhard not available at all really hurts… but all in all… this team is too small and they lack any ability to stop anyone from just running through them into the paint… waayyy too easy…. too bad this draft season doesn't have a super special talent cause I'd just say tank at this point lol even though it's preseason this doesn't look too promising. Brown was a complete waste of money and a roster spot.. I'd rather had poke š»'s.. lol at least he has size, attitude and can get hot. We need that.. everyone is too relaxed.. we need that Lance type of energy guy to pump guys up.. get stops and create fun plays. I thought Obi would be so much better.. maybe he will be when they aren't mixing so much.. but I definitely overrated his abilities early on..
Idk what to even say.. disappointed isn't even enough to express my thoughts on them right now…
Our rotation need to be fixed. We need to incorporate Mathew Mayers. He is a better talent than: Tate/Tari/Samuel and should be directly competing for minutes against Tari Eason.
Al-P is NOT the answer at the 5. He is the same ole' player; costing us leads and our momentum and still weak on defense. He's a failed project at this point.
Amen Thompson is not ready. He need to go to the D-League to learn how to be a PG and stop playing like a YMCA point-guard.
Make Holiday the back-up PG for now.
Cam Withmore need more minutes, and we should not put guys on the floors that takes shots away from him. Guys like Samurels, N.Williams etc. should not be on the floor with Cam.
