  1. So this is my observation so far about this Hawks team. It has nothing to do with the W at all. Or the performance sort of speaks because it's the first live-action. And they still have a ways to go on playing up to their full potential and as Coach Quinn sees it scheme and tendencies-wise.

But…. Seeing the players on the floor. I was amazed at the level and collection of talent this team has. Maybe it's just me. But this team reminds me a lot of the team that went to the Eastern Conf finals and lost to the Bucks but better.

They have way more guys that can flat out shoot, that can create off the dribble, that can pass, that can initiate plays on offense than last season. It's almost like the Collins trade was an addition by subtraction just because of the combos you can now use without hesitation.

I never thought I would see a Hawks team this season with Young and Bogi not on the floor. And the level of Basketball IQ would still be high on the floor.

I saw Murray, Bufkin, Griffin, Bey and Capela on the floor at the same time and was like wow that looks good. It works.

Its like the Johnson, and Okungwu, and Bey just look more confident and comfortable. And the Rookies actually fit and don't look outta place.

I do need AJ to come alive this season. I will say that.
