> The warrant goes back to January. But because deputies have been unable to serve it, Channel 9 has not been able to get a look at it.

Seems like something nba was already aware of if it’s from January, so hopefully this isn’t unexpected and bad

Genuinely curious as to what this entails for his season…

Just cut him already. Let’s get a clean slate, and let Miller/Thor take his minutes

Waiting for someone smart to explain what this actually means

Why can’t anything just be normal with this team?

Why did I choose to be a Charlotte sports fan?
bigmeech57
I find it hard to believe the Hornets didn’t know about this. Hopefully they did their due diligence during contract negotiations this summer. Why let it get to warrant status though?

What if her windshield was smashed in and bridges just came by to help? Him just showing up on the premises would violate the protective order wouldn’t it? No matter what his intentions were

For crying outloud…

Hornets can’t stay out of the headlines this week. Wtf
wesweswesmack
Someone smart: does a court summons show up on a background check? Basically, how would the league/team not be aware of this situation? There has to be a paper trail for something like this that can be found, even if Miles himself was lying to the team or hiding information.
DrAgOn3035
does this mean extra suspension or he is still good to go for this season
NatiboyB
I’m going to assume this was already a known thing and now the public is just finding out about it right? It doesn’t seem like anything that is a big deal but was he supposed to go to court or something?
Coach_Billly
So when can he play?
NotoriousTEEK
So just to make sure I understand this, Miles did not do something new but has some sort of violation dating back to January, well before the NBA completed their very thorough investigation? And we think this will warrant additional discipline?
tcrudisi
There’s a chance the team didn’t know about it. But Miles 100% knew about it. Meaning: if he or his agent were worried about it, they sign more than the QO. Because of that, I don’t feel this warrant is much to be concerned about.
