  1. I liked the lineup that rounded out the first quarter of Carter, LaVine, Caruso, Craig, and Drummond. Thatd a hell of a second unit. Rotations in general were better this game. Damn, Coby is looking dominant out there. Im liking what im seeing from Pat so far. Ayo should be getting more play in these games to evaluate his progress. I wouldnt be surprised if DeMar takes a step back this season, which wont be a bad thing if our young core takes the kind of leap we are hoping for. Great game, felt like regular season aside from the end segments.

  2. julian phillips looks more nba ready than Terry. Terry plays with heart but i feel like he gets overwhelmed in moments still.

  3. Ok I’m gonna sound a little dramatic, but did I just see Julian impress me more than Pat Will? Someone correct me here please. I’m pleasantly surprised at that kid.

  4. You could see the vision tonight. If Ac and Coby are eating like they did tonight, things look different for Bulls. Also. Quentin Jackson! Him and Phillips are for real!

  5. PW is a good quality bench player.
He will have a long career — as a bench player.
An All-Star? — that ship has sailed.
A starter? — that ship has raised its sails, and is ready to leave the dock.
This season will determine PW's career trajectory.

  6. Double OT is good tho. As long as all the minutes goes to the younger guys. Gives them more experience in a game that doesn’t count. They won’t get the same playing time and exposure when the season starts. Gives more sample size to evaluate them too.

  7. What the hell was that complaint about overtime in preseason. That doesn't even make sense, its best for the team to get some real game reps. Sometimes i feel your takes a just negative for no reason.

  8. To be honest I’m extremely excited and optimistic for this season. Loving Carter & Craig so far. Despite it being so similar to last season, this roster feels much more complete somehow. I have big hopes for Zach this season, and I have a feeling Coby will outperform everyone’s expectations. My only real concern going into the season is Patrick Williams. Let’s hope he surprises us this season, he definitely has the potential to, but it’s time to convert that potential into consistently solid performances.

  9. Another great observation from me was the play of our bench. It was our bench vs Denver bench for a large part of the 3rd quarter and we were clearly out playing them. The defense was excellent.

I'm disappointed in Patrick Williams smh

  10. I love Julian Phillips and Terry Taylor yo Julian Phillips defensive and athleticism has to get him some kind of minutes down the stretch and Terry is a good offensive rebounder and crafty around the rim I can see a unit where him and Drummond are getting us those second chances and kick outs for the 3 or going back up with it they should get minutes throughout the season some games

  11. I know the stats didn’t show it but I saw some improvement from Terry over last year. He was moving the ball around quickly and effectively and the release on his 3 pt. shot looks much better, though they didn’t go in last night. Who is this Jackson guy? He’s a little erratic but man is he athletic and aggressive.

  12. Such a bummer that we were one pick away from landing Tari Eason and we ended up with Dalen Terry

  13. This is Coby White's make or break year for the Bulls. I think he's out to prove the nay sayers wrong
