Nurkic is 5-2 vs DA.. has better boards and assist but less points
Nurkic is officially Aytonâs father. He did everything against Ayton last night that Ayton refused to do with us, lol. It was beautiful to watch.

I feel Nurk has better hands, better court vision, a great rebounder and passer.
I must admit, that it just doesnt seem like Ayton has it in him to be the guy i thought he would be, even with Frank Vogel as his coach. I was mad at first about Ayton being traded because of this, but now i see why everybody complained about him.
I love how DA had 2 or 3 highlight plays at the beginning of the game where DA was âfeelin himselfâ thinking he had gone all Dominaton on his old teamâŚ. Then proceeds to completely disappear for the rest of the game where u didnât even realize he was on the courtâŚ. Oh classic DA you really havenât changed one bit

I just wish Vogel drew up a play designed for Book to drive for a dunk on Ayton. Thatâs the energy I want.

So I tuned in to one of the Blazers pods last night and they are low key panicking about DAâs performance so far. They are concerned about his attitude and his lack of aggressiveness so far. I think that he is really proving that he was the problem this whole time
Only if Ayton actually just showed more energy and efforts instead of bitching about how everyone is against him… this is all after he got that big ass contract… he should've been traded for KD instead of Bridges, but at least finally we can move on with him.
Ayton has body dysmorphia he identifies as a 6'1" point guard. The epitome of big for no reason. Big ol' softy!

I still think the Suns should have brought Amare Stoudamire on as Ayton's mentor….just watch those knees but DA is just DA….he got his bag and will continue to get moved around until he's just another Bender….he could probably do well in the G league…just saying
Here's the thing, its presason and people will say this is why DA wasn't great , but Nurk outplayed him by a wide margin IMO. He came ready to play and I want that regardless of preseason. DA will be slightly above average or average all year. Nurk is a man and DA is a boy still. Nurk has a way better skillset and mind than DA will ever have. We won this even though people say all teams won.
The best thing about this nurk trade is that ayton still plays the exact same đđđ smh
I was impressed with Nurks screen sets. I think they opened up so much space for Book and Durant to move in and that was a problem with Ayton. He doesn't open up space.
ayton is a good player, but he isnt a max guy, but paid like one…….atleast he hasnt quit on them yet
Blazer fan. I still think the trade worked out for both. Either Ayton sucks and our pick is better, or we can grab a decent younger center. And Nurk fits waaaaay better than Ayton on the suns.
Mir gefällt an Nurkic, dass er anspielbar ist und den Ball wie Jokic werfen kann. Manko: Im ersten Spiel gegen die Pistons hatte er aber nach 15min 4 persÜnliche Fouls. In Summe ist Nurkic vielseitig.
FĂźr die Suns wird die Defensive dieses Jahr den Ausschlag geben. Man muss seine Gegner davon Ăźberzeugen, dass es schwer sein wird zu punkten.

Was that round 1? Seems a bit premature but to each his own. I think DA looked fine considering how uncomfortable he must've felt for this 1st game back. He'll be great once he settles in.
If we're talking teams PHX should win easily 9/10 but if u wanna make it a Nurk vs Ayton thing I'd bet 2 to 1 DA (and even DE) consistently outperforms Nurk.
I'm also happy for Nurkic – but it's silly to think about the 'match up' in these terms. It's a team game, and the teams are in different places in the evolutionary cycle. So chill the ego and focus on making a deep run in the playoffs.
I ainât gonna lie gabe I donât see Nurk putting up 35, 16, 10 anytime this season but he will definitely get solid triple dubs. Wouldnât be surprised if gets a career high. Perfect fit
