The article said that Lebron James has the record for consecutive seasons with 1000 shots attempted with 7.
Wilt Chamberlain attempted over 1000 shots his first 9 seasons.
How can ESPN stats and information get this SO wrong.
Wilt would be my first lookup to see who led the NBA in this category.
P.S. Wilt MADE over 1000 shots his first 7 seasons…….Attempted over 2000 shots his first 6 seasons, and attempted 3159 in the absurd ’61-’62 season.

Ok, looked up Oscar Robinson, he attempted 1000 shots in his first 11 seasons…..
