  1. Imagine if Dwight Howard or Shaq in their early years were put at the 4. How would that have effected their careers?

    The main thing I don't like is that you have a young player who has a pretty clear path. You know what he is good at, and how dominant he could be, and you're focus is making other pieces on the roster work instead.

    Same stuff with Ivey. Instead of letting him grow with Cade, Ausar and Duren, you're enticing the idea of bringing him off the bench. If winning doesn't really matter that much, why are you putting these young players in less than ideal conditions. And don't say because you're trying to make them better. The reality is that you're making them a jack of all trades and a master of none. Let them work on what they're good at and become dominant in those areas before making themselves thin and make roster fit solely their responsibility.
