I hate the idea of interchangeable starters when everyone is available. If the Celtics are as good as we think they are, you don't start White vs Al to go small vs big. You start the guy that you truly want and make other teams adjust. The only times that should change are if you try one lineup to start the season and it doesn't work in any situation or if they're in the playoffs and you need to switch something up. But for the most part, there's a reason you can look at basically every other team and say "those 5 are the starters" every night. You can't build anything consistent by shuffling guys around.
