[Levick] We just heard from James Harden, who again said he thinks his relationship with the Sixers’ front office can’t be repaired. Harden said he’s still ramping up, intends to play in the preseason finale (and to play in general beyond that).

it’s 100% copium but increasing feeling that we’re just going to be in the weird reality where harden is chill with coaches and teammates and not morey and no trade ever materializes and he’s just here rofl
i wouldn’t be surprised (or moved really) if harden puts up a 40 ball and we beat the bucks opening night. doesnt mean much for the sixers ultimately, but harden did a similar thing in houston.
he put up [like a week](https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/h/hardeja01/gamelog/2021) of prime harden greatness to prove a point then played like shit until he got traded.
i don’t think the exact same strategy will work here given he’s on the last year of his deal. im inclined to turn off my brain and enjoy a harden led sixers run should he start the season with the team.
