There won't be a consolidation trade. They will continue to trade close picks for further out, higher quality picks.
I think theyre going to rack up regular season wins. Im talking 50+ and a top 4 seed. Theyre deep and motivated.
I'd be shocked if they beat a veteran playoff team though.
There 'consolidaton trade' will be getting a Kendric Perkins type. Reacquiring Steven Adams. Thats it. Theyll keep making trades for Den 2029 1st rd picks type of moves
I hate that OKC has to cut/move anyone but Oladipo. Wiggins is staying. Hes close to 50-40-90 & their sparkplug. Why sign Jack White just to cut him? But it comes down to White .JRE. Tre Mann & Poku. JRE is obvious choice w/ poor soph yr but was very good 2yrs ago & is an inspirational leader. Poku has added value. because he translates to Micic. But he struggled in clutch 4th qtr min & injuries. Tre Mann is 1st rd pick.& had great summer league but we have too many Guards. Probably trade 2 guys for 2nd rd picks. In order of likely to be off OKC roster in 3 weeks..1-JRE. 2- Tre Mann. 3-Jack White. 4 Poku. 5- D.Bertans. 6- A.Wiggins. But I no longer feel Poku & Jack White is 'safe'
