The early returns offensively between these two are predictably excellent. CP3 is a quick and obviously excellent decision maker and having another guy like that, another ballhandler, on the floor with Steph, allowing Steph to play off the ball more too….they’re gonna make magic on the offensive end.

Defensively, CP3 definitely looks to have lost a step but then again it is preseason and he’ll be pacing himself a little so there’s no conclusion. Let’s see how/if he ramps it up in the regular season.

Must be gratifying for CP3 after years of being on the opposing side of all that

If you look closely, you can actually see Steph saying: “Hey, Chris, whether my shot goes down or not, that was a nice pass, good job. Now let’s get back on defense, because they have four guys to our one, so if it does miss, we’re most likely not getting the offensive board. We can make this work, Chris, I can feel it. You’ll win that ring with me, just please stay healthy in the playoffs.”

Steph will always be in a league of his own.

Man, sorry to be off-topic what is it with streamable embeds with the app?

Sometimes there are days when a streamable autoplays on my feed and I’m like woah, that’s convenient

Then there are days, like now, that’s just like the usual “I gotta click on it to play it”

Dunno if it’s a skill issue for me

DLo “i have to improve my defense so they can’t play me off the court. Look, I’ve been playing monkey in the middle all offseason coach! Put me in!”

    They’re gonna make that work.

CP and Curry may be a defensive sieve, but they will be able to score.

I love that Looney motions to Wiggins to come out so he can set a screen and then Steph comes flying in and uses the screen instead.

It’s crazy to me that people seem to have completely taken Curry out of the MVP conversation. The dude is just so fucking good. I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see him win it again.

I know it’s just a preseason game so I don’t blame him but it’s pretty fun watching LeBron stand in the same spot the entire play

If I’m Kerr and I see a shot miss, but Steph says it went in and turned around to go back on D, I’m challenging the play.

  13. Cp3 fighting every urge to dribble for 10 seconds before passing.

That looked so smooth it was like a trance

I’m a casual but aren’t those moving screens by Klay & Looney?
