The Rockets defeated the Pelicans, 120-87. Jabari Smith Jr. led Houston with 22 points and nine rebounds as Jalen Green (12 points, two assists, two rebounds) and Alperen Sengun (12 points, six rebounds, four assists) totaled 24 points. CJ McCollum led New Orleans with 17 points as Dyson Daniels (13 points, five rebounds) and Jordan Hawkins (13 points) combined for 26 points in the loss. The Rockets move to 2-0 as the Pelicans fall to 0-2 on the preseason.

Zion is a dud at this point
Pelicans are boutta be the worst team in the league I aint even exxegerating like how can you lose to the Rockets by 33 points. Zion, BI, Valanciunas were awful and they were really lazy at defense playing like it was an all-star game just an abysmal performance.
