It really seemed like a point of emphasis yesterday to talk about Boucher. It wasn’t like the coaching staff came out and spoke about Boucher willingly. The media all came prepared with questions about him.

I’m a big fan of Boucher, particularly his story. But I don’t think he’s played up to his contract at all. Makes a lot of avoidable rookie level errors every night (contested threes and bites on every pump fake).
Rooting for him to play within himself and succeed under Darko.

I don’t see many situations where he starts, this was a unique situation where the 3 guys ahead of him were all out.
I think more than anything it’s an indication that Pascal is a wing player, not a 5 to Darko. If Poeltl, Precious and Koloko aren’t there then someone else will have to fill in at the 5, rather than Pascal move in there and Gary start.
