  1. Mike Brown should be very careful about making too many changes when the fans were happy with the product on the court. Last years team was the #1 offense in NBA history. This team is not going to be a good regular season defense. They don't have the players for it and if he changes the lineups too much he's going to hurt the offense. Without the offense being in the top 5 this team is not a playoff team.

  2. 11:43 – "Duarte is 6'6", he's a little bit longer of a defender" – He's actually the same height as Huerter, if not a little bit shorter, Huerter also has a longer wingspan, that is not the reason Duarte is competing for the starting spot. It's because of the main reason you guys touched on, he's more physical. Duarte is giving 100% effort on defense while Huerter is giving 75%. I'm tired of seeing Huerter watch the ball run past him or actively chase his defensive assignment SLOWLY instead of sprint after it. Duarte is also way more athletic, has better lateral quickness, and can hit shots, (not as efficiently as Huerter from 3 but I digress.) But from what I've seen Duarte has game sense and awareness, and in my opinion COULD be a more effective all around player than Huerter.

From what I've seen the only thing Huerter is better at is 3 point shooting, although he's been ice cold since game 1 of the GSW series. I think Duarte deserves the opportunity for the starting spot.

  3. And shortly after when you guys said can you think of a single time that Huerter ever took a charge? You're 100% right and that's EFFORT. He doesn't give EFFORT on defense!!! He does great things on offense, but a slight downgrade on offense for a big upgrade on defense is very worth it in my opion.

  4. 20:38 "It kinda ended up not mattering when they needed it most cuz they couldn't get stops" – No it was more like Huerter couldn't hit shots the entire series, he shot something crazy like 25% from the field that series. If he would have been anywhere near as effective as usual we win that series. Look at game 4, WE LOST BY 1 POINT!!! Huerter had 2 points in 21 minutes…………

Huerter was terrible on offense AND defense in that series, at least Davion was effective on one side of the floor
