According to over/under the Bulls are competing with the Nets, Pacers, Magic, and Raptors for the 8 seed. The Celtics, Bucks, Cavs, Sixers, Heat, Knicks, and Hawks are favorites for the first seven seeds. Unless the Bulls improve or one of those seven teams falters, it’s likely to be a tough year.

It’s the same team as last year who didn’t make the playoffs except now they have an extra year of mileage. This team is going nowhere.
