however in any era or any league even in the NFL or Boxing to stand over an athlete like that is a major penatly and unsportsmanship. In the NFL it's a 15 yard penalty. The only reason the refs didn't call if cause it was a Caucasian. If it was a black guy then they wouldv'e called a major double tech and thrown him out and the announcers would've been all, "there's just no place for that in the game, how racist"

I know the rules. It's not a charge but it was a technical and a Ref can even use disgression for unsportsman like conduct and throw him out right then Which I would've done for standing over a player like that and taunting them. in the NFL they throw players out that do that. Same in NCAA Football and Basketball. Also the NBA used to throw players out that did that from 1947-2017, Just here recently they allow all those brats to do it.
