  1. I’ve been saying this all off season, this Thunders roster is at least top 5 in the West. They were only a few games out of the playoffs last season. Now they add Chet. Another year for Giddey and Jay Will. This squad is scary and they have draft picks. I can see them winning a first round playoff series.

  2. i’m not too hype on them I don’t see all these young guys lasting the full season lol

  3. Okc is a super interesting and exciting team. Them and Dallas were the 2 places I wanted Wemby to go but that may have been too unfair

  4. My main concern for this team is shooting, they need to get better to be in the mix and much better to be real contenders. Defense also has to be improved. But they’re so young and have so much upside. Rooting for OKC and excited for the future of the league

  5. As a Thunder fan I 2nd JJ's assessment that Chet is "an A-hole" in the most complimentary way. He has a massive ego, his competitiveness is off the charts, he expects to be dominating the NBA in quick order & will do anything to Win. That is the archetype of a future Superstar.

  6. He's set hella screens when asked OKC just runs more inverted pick and rolls than a normal team.

  7. Chet said he was dealing w/ nagging injuries in summer league. I believe thats why his handle & overall play looked sloppy in S.L

  8. West is so stacked, its crazy, most realistic ceiling to me this year is 6. 6-10 is their range for me, not to be disrespectful but you have Denver, Phoenix, Lakers, Memphis, Minnesota, Sac, Warriors, Dallas, and then two teams in Clippers and Pels if they can finally get healthy, and including OKC, thats 11 teams right there. At least one of them is not even making the play in.

  9. As of right now, I'm taking Denver, Phoenix, both LA teams, Sacramento, Golden State, and maybe even Memphis over OKC. Of course health could come into play and shuffle things, but I like all those teams more than OKC at the moment.

  10. An underrated aspect of OKC is their bench. Arguably one of the best benches in the league on day one with a euroleague MVP in Micic, a great young center In JWill that started in 50+ games who can be on triple double watch and give you 3 charges on any given night, elite shooters in Isiah Joe and Bertans, and incredible line up versatility in guys like Aaron Wiggins, Kenrich Williams, Ousmane Dieng and Pokuševski.
