Which Utah Jazz player will we think of differently at the end of the season?

Which Utah Jazz player will we think of differently at the end of the season? It was a question posed last night at a fundraiser for Five for the Fight and it brought great discussion. So who would you take as the player we think of the most differently at the end of the season?

David Locke, radio voice of the Utah Jazz and Jazz NBA Insider, takes the rookies off the list and then goes from Walker Kessler and Ochai Abgai to Collin Sexton and Talen Horton-Tucker to John Collins and Jordan Clarkson before ending the conversation on Kris Dunn and Lauri Markkanen.

  1. THT just has to hit 3s better and finish better. Really simple.

Colin Sexton is also in position to change people's minds. People dismiss him-too short, single-tool offensive game, sub-par defense. But man…that single-tool offense is a real weapon, he's crazy athletic and he's got a spirit that counts for something. Don't forget when he carried his team for 10 minutes playing 4 and 3-on-5, scoring 40 in an NCAA tournament game. That was sheer force of will.

I'm really hoping Walker gets more chance to prove he can develop an offensive game. I mean, Mark Eaton was a wonderful guy and a great player but he was just never going to develop an offensive game. Walker appears to be really coordinated, good hands, etc. I know his poor ft% indicates a non-shooting big, but he looks like he should be better. Eaton never did. AND, Walker hit that three the other night JUST LIKE STEPH CURRY!!

If Walker hits a third of his threes, it would be big deal, and force people to reconsider his upside.
