A Grizzlies team source attributes some of Ja Morant’s behavior over the last 18 months to Tee Morant. “Tee has been a major driving force in all of this. He never made the NBA, but this was his chance to live like he’s an NBA superstar. That’s been a problem from the beginning.”

I can see that. I don’t know much about him except that I’ve seen him on the sideline acting like he’s the star.

What if that one time we were all happy to hear Tee at a camp talking about Ja needing to have some personal accountability was really just Tee deflecting personal accountability?

  4. I don’t think this is written for Grizzlies fans but it’s going to be mostly discussed by Grizzlies fans

This is more of a contextual article, an op-ed, than a hit piece, or new info.

I think it’s a good article. Combined with the fact that all signs point to Ja and the team, so far, putting this behind them, no reason to be upset or worried.
